"I Choose Home" - Monday, May 7th 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  "I Choose Home - NJ"  (also known as "Money Follows the Person") is a Federal program that helps people who have been living in nursing homes move back to their home with the support and services they need.  While some people may need or prefer nursing home care, "ICH-NJ", is here to spread the message that, "A nursing home may not be the only option". A representative will come and speak to individuals about how to avoid financial exploitation and senior scams, either in the community and or in a nursing home.
