Small Business Development
The Mercer County Office of Economic Development provides a number of different programs to help small businesses succeed.
Small Business Counseling Program:
Through our partnership with the Small Business Development Center at The College of New Jersey, we offer a Small Business Counseling Program through which we are able to assist established entrepreneurs and start-up small businesses.You can schedule a counseling appointment with the Small Business Development Center at TCNJ here. Both long established businesses and start-ups are eligible for this free program. You will have the opportunity to receive assistance from private consultants, TCNJ faculty, SBDC staff, and other highly-qualified specialists on various aspects of business including but not limited to:

Latino Business Institute:
In 2005, the County created the Latino Business Institute, which educates Latino business owners on how to improve business practices, achieve financial success and launch their businesses.
