When do the Commissioners Meet?
The board usually meets on the second and fourth Tuesday and Thursday of each month. Meetings are held in Room 211 of Mercer County’s McDade Administration Building, located at 640 S. Broad St. in Trenton.
Tuesday meetings are called “Agenda Meetings.” These are work sessions where items on the agenda are questioned, discussed and debated. Votes on the agenda items are then taken during the Thursday meeting, known as the “Formal Meeting.” To the extent additional meetings are held they must be formally advertised at least 48 hours in advance.
The public is invited to attend and participate in all Commissioner meetings. For information regarding meeting schedules and public participation at meetings, please contact the office of the Clerk to the Board.
Unless otherwise noted, all meetings begin at 6 pm.
