In an effort to assist you in finding information on the services that are provided by your Mercer County Clerk's Office, we have compiled a list that contains details on the vast array of services available to you. Land Recording and Elections are listed first.
Please choose a service from the list to the left.  Other services under this heading include:

  • Passport Services - offered at two locations- Trenton Main Office and Hamilton at Mercer County Connection

(with special outreach locations TBD)

  • County ID cards, Veteran ID Cards (free four weeks per year) and Gold-Star Parent ID Cards
  • Business Trade Name Registration
  • Notary Public Swearing In - offered in Trenton every day and at Hamilton office monthly
  • Acceptance of Voter Registration Forms; Election Sample Ballots
