The County of Mercer working in coordination with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs will be accepting applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Connection hours will be: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. to12:00 p.m. by Appointment Only.
