Mercer County Connection offers Notary Public Services for the benefit of the residents of Mercer County.

DISCLAIMER: In accordance with New Jersey Notarial Law, Notaries will NOT provide service if the customer, document and/or of the request for Notary service raises any issue of authenticity, ambiguity, doubt or uncertainty for the Connection. In this event, the Connection Notary may, at his/her sole discretion, decline to provide Notary Service.

The following services include:

Notary Oath Night:

• Every 1st Thursday of the Month 3 to 6:30 p.m. 
• Appointments scheduled with the Mercer County Clerk's Office by phone (609) 989-6466 or by email epagano@mercercounty.org for Mercer County Residents.

• Hours of Service:10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Appointments recommended, must call to ensure that a Notary is available,
• Valid photo identification is required of any customer seeking Notary Services, 
• Limit to three (3) documents per person, per visit,

Due to the Technical and/or Legal nature, the following Notary Services are NOT Available:

• Documents for uncontested Divorce,
• Real Estate,
• Mortgage Documents,
• Form I-9,
• Power of Attorney (POA),
• Deeds,
• Wills,
• Living Wills, 
• Living Trusts, 
• Codicils, or 
• Depositions
