The Mercer County Division of Mental Health directs activities for the Mental Health Board (MHB), a twelve-member board mandated by statute and appointed by the County Executive to provide community-based oversight and guidance for County-funded mental health services. The Mercer County Mental Health Board's vision is a consumer-driven and community-focused service delivery model in which consumers are provided opportunities for personal empowerment and transformation in a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment that uses evidence-based practices and promotes safety, acceptance, respect, integrity, creativity, hope, and belief in personal and organizational resiliency.
