Getting Started

The Office of Economic Development is ready to assist you in becoming an FTZ designated site. Our office, which can be reached at 609-989-6555, is eager to help you throughout every step of this process.

One of the first steps in becoming an FTZ designated site is filling out the FTZ Application for Subzone or Usage-Driven Designation ("Minor Boundary Modification"). This application, provided by the Foreign-Trade Zones Board of the U.S. Department of Commerce, requires you to fill out a questionnaire and submit certain documentation. The application can be downloaded here. It is also previewed below.
